"Villa was lovely and we really enjoyed being there. The directions that were provided were fine to the point where we actually arrived in Corralejo and then it became confusing. We asked a taxi driver who very kindly drove up to the villa and allowed us to follow."

Minor points were that the fridge didn't really work and there wasn't much hot water for a large family but we all had an excellent time. Would prefer not to travel using charter flights but I guess this is unavoidable - didn't realise that you needed to book meals separately."

"Didn't like the late return flight as we had to vacate the villa by 10 am and spend the day with all our luggage in the car until arriving at the airport. Very inconvenient. Would be useful if there was somewhere to store luggage for the day in such circumstances. But apart from that it was a very nice villa/holiday and we had a great time there."

"I would just like to mention how helpful our rep was at the start of the holiday. My partner left his bag in the taxi when we arrived at the villa and despite it being 11 o clock at night, she answered her phone straight away, was friendly and extremely helpful (she phoned the taxi firm straight away to confirm they had the bag so we weren't worrying about it over night)and organised for somebody to go down to the taxi office the very next day to pick it up for us and drop it off at our villa. What could have been a miserable start to the holiday was completely averted by her efficient response. We were so grateful. She was brilliant!"
