Stay in Florida villa near Key West for 'guaranteed sunshine'
People choosing a villa in Florida as a base for an upcoming holiday could opt to select accommodation close to Key West, in the southern tip of the state.
The venue reminds people it boasts one of the finest climates in the US, with an average temperature of 77.7 degrees Fahrenheit and almost 365 days sunshine each year.
Florida Keys is also the only place in the country to never suffer from frost, emphasising just how deserved the area's nickname - the Sunshine State - is.
Another factor in Florida's favour when deciding on a holiday is Key West's year-round provision of activities, events and festivals.
Some may wish to schedule a trip for April, when the venue's independence is celebrated in the form of a drag race, while June sees a street fair, parades and artistic performances.
SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment recently announced it too is joining the fun in Florida this winter by holding a circus with "groundbreaking" acts.
