See Shakira live on Florida holiday

Fans of pop princess Shakira could catch the singer live if they book a holiday in Florida for later this month.

Now that the schools have gone back, it may be the ideal time for adults to head to the Sunshine State for a late-summer break without the huge crowds the holiday season inevitably brings.

And as well as visiting the region's famous theme parks, golden beaches and fascinating cities, a trip to see Shakira perform could be on the agenda.

The She Wolf singer is due to play at the Bank Atlantic Center in Fort Lauderdale on September 25th, so it may be important to make arrangements soon.

However, if that comes just a few days early, there will also be chances to catch her in action in Miami on September 27th and Orlando a day later.

Shakira has a string of top hits to her name, including tracks such as Hips Don't Lie, Whenever, Wherever and Underneath Your Clothes.
