Seafood fans encouraged to 'take flights to Florida villas'

Holiday makers who are all set to take ventures to Florida villas this summer have been told of some of the places they can visit for unique and succulent food.

Fla-keys.co.uk believes that the Florida Keys resort of the Sunshine State is a particularly attractive spot for fans of seafood and fish recipes, thanks to it being surrounded by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico.

"The locally caught delicacies are served and prepared in a tantalising array of dishes, available daily throughout the Keys in venues that range from extremely casual and rustic shacks to the fine-dining beachfront restaurants," the site acknowledged.

When it comes to where to visit to sample such tastes, Fla-keys advised Brits staying in villas in Florida to head along to the Key West Lobsterfest.

Taking place between August 12th and 14th, the attraction features a street fair, live music and opportunities to try some fresh lobster.

Some other events taking place across Florida over the summer include the cultural-themed Colombian Festival and the IFE-ILE's Afro-Cuban Dance Festival.
