Rent a Florida villa and watch the Miami Heat in action

People booking into a Florida villa will only have a short journey to watch the Miami Heat performing in the NBA.

December sees the Florida basketball team host six consecutive home games at the American Airlines Arena in what could be an important period of the season if they are to qualify for the post-season.

On 11th, they will be taking on the Dallas Mavericks, before inviting the Memphis Grizzlies to town on 13th and the Toronto Raptors on 15th.

The games continue to come thick and fast with a face-off against state rivals the Orlando Magic on December 17th, followed by games at home to the Portland Blazers and the Utah Jazz on 20th and 23rd respectively.

Miami currently sit fifth in the Eastern Conference, one place behind the Magic. Those two teams lie in third and second in the southeast division behind the Atlanta Hawks, who currently sit at the top of the conference.

The Heat will be eager to gain revenge over the Hawks, who put them out in the first round of the NBA Playoffs last year after a tight seven-game series.

Sport lovers booking into a Florida villa can also check out the Miami Dolphins NFL American Football team and the Florida Panthers NHL ice hockey team, both of which will be in action throughout December.
