Rent a Florida Holiday and take a trip to the Morse Museum

Fine art lovers staying in a Florida villa may wish to visit the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art this festive season.

Situated in Winter Park, it boasts the world's largest collection of work by revered US artist Louis Comfort Tiffany, who is well-known around the world for his Art Nouveau stained glass works.

The museum also boasts a large collection of American pottery, as well as extensive ranges of paintings from the leading American artists of the 19th and 20th centuries.

Currently, the site is hosting a special collection of paintings by Tiffany and his circle of friends, which is on show until 2010, and an exhibition entitled The Japan Craze and Western Art 1880-1920, which shows the influence of eastern traditions on the work of John La Farge and Rookwood, not to mention Tiffany.

On top of these exhibits, Florida villa holiday makers can also explore The Virtues of Simplicity, an exhibition that opened earlier this year and highlights fine examples of the American arts and crafts movement and its origins in Great Britain.

For a change of pace, visitors to Florida will be able to explore its many theme parks including Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.
