Raft of music delights for those taking holidays in Florida

British music legend Elvis Costello will be performing a trio of concerts across Florida towards the end of April.

The London-born singer and songwriter is set to showcase his greatest hits at the Ruth Eckerd Hall, in Clearwater, on April 24th, before moving onto Hollywood's Hard Rock Live venue the next night.

Music fans snapping up Florida villas during this time can also catch Costello playing live at the Florida Theatre in Jacksonville on April 27th.

Since launching his solo career with the release of his debut album My Aim Is True back in 1977, Costello has captivated audiences worldwide for over three decades.

Those who attend one of his gigs while staying in Florida villas can expect to sing along to such hits as Alison, Watching The Detectives, Pump It Up and Welcome To The Working Week.

A number of other well-loved music icons will be showcasing their skills on the mic across the Sunshine State over the next few months.

Smokey Robinson and Alice Cooper are both attending Hard Rock Live throughout December, while Roger Waters is presenting The Wall Live at the BankAtlantic Center in June 2012.
