Art lovers are in for a double dose of entertainment if they snap up villas in Florida near to Miami next month.
The Sunshine State's coastline city will be host to two artistic attractions in the coming future, each of which are set to be filled with eye-catching exhibits.
Proceedings begin with the Art Miami event, which takes place in the Wynwood Art District between November 30th and December 4th.
Attendees will be able to take in more than 100 international galleries during their visit to the venue, ranging from photography exhibits to awe-inspiring sculptures and paintings.
Brits may be further enticed to book Florida villas when they hear the details of the Art Basel Miami Beach event.
Coming to the Miami Beach Convention Center from December 1st until 4th, the event is the sister exhibition to Switzerland's Art Basel and gives people the chance to see works from over 250 galleries across the world in one location.
