Holidays in Florida 'interest Britons'
A significant number of people in the UK have been thinking of taking a holiday in Florida, if new statistics are to be believed.
Research by Experian has unveiled the top 50 destinations to fly to, as searched for by those using the internet within the country.
The Sunshine State, located on the south-east tip of the US, was the third-most popular choice of those browsing the web for flights between May and July this year.
With America in general performing well in the study, Florida was second only to New York when it comes to crossing the North Atlantic.
Experian believes the opening of the new Harry Potter theme park earlier this year has had a large impact on the number of people now hoping to go on holiday in Florida.
VISIT FLORIDA recently announced it has launched a series of webcams around the state in order for tourists to take a look at and learn more about the destination before committing to a visit.
