Have bundles of fun this winter while in Florida villas

There is plenty for holiday makers to indulge in if they choose to take last-minute flights to Florida villas this festive season.

Many regions of the Sunshine State have been gripped by the celebrations which are associated with Christmas and New Year.

For instance, a host of holiday boat parades are available for families to enjoy over the winter months.

Some of the highlights include the 2012 Stuart Boat Show, which comes to the southeast Florida city of Stuart in January, and Orlando's Central Florida 2012 Boat Show at the end of February.

If people would rather keep their feet dry over the Christmas season, Universal Studios in Orlando is sure to have plenty of fun-filled treats to entertain both parents and kids.

The popular theme park is home to the picturesque Macy's Holiday Parade up until New Year's Day, while a Grinchmas show is sure to have the children laughing.

People can bring their favourite movies to life while enjoying a stay at Universal Studios too, simply by visiting such attractions as the Jurassic Park River Adventure and Doctor Doom's Fearfall while inside the venue's Islands of Adventure.
