Explore SeaWorld AfterDark on an Orlando holiday

Families planning to visit SeaWorld during an Orlando holiday this year will be in for a memorable experience when the attraction hosts its AfterDark season.

Due to run from May 29th to August 15th, the event will transform some of the park's most popular daytime offerings into unique spectacles after the sun goes down.

There will be a range of entertainment for visitors to enjoy, including the Shamu Rocks show, which combines rock 'n' roll music with a display by some of SeaWorld's killer whales.

Another popular element of SeaWorld AfterDark is Sea Lions Tonite, which Orlando villa guests will be able to see at the park between 18:45 and 20:15 local time.

The show features a cast of talented sea lions, otters and a walrus performing parodies of some of the park's well-known attractions.

Other highlights for people taking Orlando holidays to look out for during the AfterDark season include the Reflections exhibit, which combines giant water fountains with pyrotechnic displays.

There will also be a spectacular 4th of July fireworks show at SeaWorld this year.
