Enjoy some sporting contests on a Disney villa holiday
There will be a range of sporting entertainment on offer to holiday makers staying in Disney villas this summer.
The ESPN Wide World of Sports attraction at the Walt Disney World Resort will host events including the Memorial Day Soccer Shootout, which will run from May 29th to 31st.
Hundreds of teams are set to visit the complex to take part in a tournament that guarantees a minimum of three games for each side in a round robin format.
Last year, more than 300 sides participated in the event, treating visitors to more than 500 matches over the course of three days.
People staying in villas near Disney World will also be able to visit the ESPN Wide World of Sports centre to see the Diamond Classic, a baseball competition set to run from June 17th to 20th.
The tournament will see a number of teams going head-to-head on a field of Major League quality.
There are many other attractions for Orlando villa guests to visit at the Walt Disney World Resort, including the Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot and Blizzard Beach.
