People taking flights to Florida in the new year are in for a special treat if they are after some unique entertainment during their holiday.
Hollywood icon Whoopi Goldberg will be returning to her roots on the stage, when she heads up a show inside Hard Rock Live on January 13th 2012.
In fact, the all-round entertainer has been applying her skills in theatre since the age of eight, when she became a part of the Helena Rubinstein Children's Theatre.
It would be in the late 1970s and early 80s when fans would first start becoming accustomed to Goldberg's famous moniker, starting with her one-woman production, The Spook Show.
Of course, people snapping up tickets to see the star on stage will likely most associate Goldberg with her roles in Hollywood.
This included her magnificent performance in the 1990 hit movie Ghost, which gained her an Oscar for Best Actress in a Supporting Role.
