Book an Orlando holiday and watch the Magic take on the Hornets

Basketball fans booking into an Orlando villa next month will have a chance to see the Magic take on the New Orleans Hornets in the NBA.

The game between the two teams will take place on February 8th at the Amway Arena in Orlando, Florida.

Orlando are currently fourth in the Eastern Conference, with 27 wins and 15 losses from their opening 32 games.

A win against the Hornets would go some way towards seeing the Magic advance on the Atlanta Hawks and the Boston Celtics, who lie immediately above them in the conference.

Last year, the team from Florida scooped the Eastern Conference title during the playoffs and reached the NBA Final for the first time since 1995, when they lost out to the LA Lakers.

However, the run will have given the team plenty of confidence after a difficult period in the earlier part of the Noughties and they will likely be intending to go one step further come the summer.

Those taking a Florida holiday will find that the state boasts plenty of sporting action, with several top NBA, NFL, NHL and MLB teams all based there.
