Book a Florida holiday and enjoy a theatrical experience

Families booking Orlando villa holidays do not have to spend all of their time visiting the area's theme parks and zoos.

At the MadCow Theatre in Orlando, a new historical comedy set in 1187 will be showing from November 20th to December 20th.

The Lion in Winter tells the tale of a family Christmas at Henry Plantagenet's chateau in medieval France and opens with the arrival of his wife, Eleanor of Aquitaine, from prison.

A trip to the theatre to see the show could make a great evening out for culture vultures seeking a break from the bright lights of the major tourist attractions.

Those holidaying in Orlando in December could also catch the Christmas Cabaret at the MadCow, which is showing from the 10th to the 23rd and will take the audience on a journey through five centuries of festive song.

The theatre is located in downtown Orlando, so families renting Florida villas in Bella Vida will be just a short drive away.

With 15 acres of lakes complete with walking trails, Bella Vida is sure to suit those seeking a little peace and quiet.
