Book Florida holiday for Sun 'n Fun event

Fans of aviation may wish to book a holiday in Florida after learning of plans for an upcoming event in the Sunshine State.

The Sun 'n Fun International Fly-In and Expo will kick off at Lakeland Linder Regional Airport on March 29th and run until April 3rd.

One of the highlights of the festival is likely to be the daring display put on by a precision jet demonstration team.

And visitors can also look forward to seeing approximately 4,000 aircraft, daily air shows and performances by some of the world's finest aerobatic pilots.

There will even be re-enactments of World War II bombings, with planes used during the 1939-1945 conflict specially restored for the event.

A holiday in Florida is arguably the only way to enjoy technology, shows and skills of this type anywhere on the planet.

Another attraction to have recently been praised is the $4 million (£2.54 million) indoor surf simulator that is now open in Kissimmee.
