If you are thinking of purchasing a property in Cyprus then it is advised that you research the market carefully as although there are bargains to be found out there, ownership law and the red tape of property deeds can be a sticky wicket, according to 4hoteliers.com.
Also, the Cypriot minister for education and culture Andreas Demetriou has announced that the 11th annual European Dance Festival will take place once again in Cyprus this year, according to the Famagusta Gazette.
He hopes that the 15 competing nations will showcase the European celebration of dance and help to promote a healthy dialogue between the countries.
