Holiday makers flock to Cyprus to stay in Cyprus villa

Hermes Airports noted an increase of 2.59 per cent in January when compared to passenger figures for the same period last year.

Henry de la Monneraye, the boss of Hermes Airports, said the company is gearing up to welcome even more passengers planning to enjoy a Cyprus holiday.

Two new terminals at Paphos and Larnaca airports are set to be opened later this year and in 2009 respectively, he said.

Paphos is an excellent destination for renting a cheap villa in Cyprus and exploring what the area has to offer.

Its beautiful beaches, ruins, museums and various cultural events are some of the things to look forward to for those enjoying a holiday in Cyprus.

Paphos, the mythical birthplace of the goddess Aphrodite, is included in the official Unesco list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage and famous for its fine mosaics.
