Holiday in Cyprus 'offers plenty to do'
One traveller has told of the plentiful and diverse range of activities he was able to enjoy while on holiday in Cyprus.
Paul Smith, writing for the Scotsman, explains he spent several days without a lack of something to do, see or experience.
He starts his diary on a Thursday morning when he took a scenic walk along the coastal path at Paphos, where a tasty lunch was consumed.
The holiday maker later moved on to the Roman mosaics at the House of Dionysus, which he describes as a large site that offers plenty to look at.
Mr Smith is also quick to point out the excellent value food and drink on offer, with half-price cocktails at a terrace bar a particular favourite.
Other memories include a round of golf at the Elea course on the outskirts of Paphos that was created by Nick Faldo, as well as a trip to the Old Town area.
Agnieszka Gratza, writing an article for the Daily Telegraph, recently named Cyprus as a top place to head to at this time of year.
