Family holiday: Cyprus
Holidaymakers travelling to Cyprus will be in for the perfect family holiday, with activities to cater for all.
The Geroskipou Museum of Folk Art provides a fascinating look into Greek life in the 19th century and is located about 3km from Paphos.
The name means 'the sacred garden of Aphrodite' and the museum contains a fascinating collection of Cyprus folk arts and crafts.
It occupies the House of Hadjismith, a traditional 19th century home of great architectural importance and has been declared an ancient monument.
The house is built of stone with two paved courtyards and a covered terrace and the ruined parts of the building are due to be restored.
With rides for kids and older members of the family The Paphos Aphrodite Waterpark is a great place for families to head for when the children need to run off some steam.
Tired parents can relax on the sun beds and soak up the Mediterranean heat if they grow weary from the excursions of the pool.
Meanwhile children will be busy enjoying the slides, one of the children's being the 'pirate ship slide', complete with water cannons and a plank.
