Cyprus villas: Peter Andre taking break in Larnaca

Peter Andre has decided to escape the tribulations of the celebrity spotlight by taking a trip to Cyprus.

The Mysterious Girl singer has been in the media eye for the past few months, through broken relationships with Katie Price and Elen Rivas.

As a result, the Daily Star reported that Andre has sought out the Mediterranean hot spot to find his bearings.

The newspaper quoted the artist telling friends: "I just need to get away from all the drama and look after myself properly. I've had enough and need to get away."

For his visit, Andre will be staying in a family home within the Cyprus resort of Larnaca for a week-long break.

One of Cyprus's main cities, the destination sits on the southern coast of the island and offers such sights as a yacht-filled marina and a wealth of bars, restaurants and cafes.
