A recently-opened golf course in Cyprus has been praised by a number of up-and-coming golfers, sport fans seeking out villas in Cyprus may be interested to hear.
The 18-hole Sir Nick Faldo course was opened back in October 2010, with its appeal being added upon by the fact that it is supported by the Elea Golf Academy, Today's Golfer reported.
Liam Burns has paid a visit to the Elea Estate, with the Kent-based golfer, who is part of the English Golf Union's Elite Amateur squad, impressed by the area.
He noted: "Elea is a fantastic place to visit with all the facilities you could require."
Mr Burns was not the only person to encourage those staying in Cyprus villas to take a venture to the resort.
Chris Campbell, head professional at Elea Golf Club, pointed out: "The facilities at the Elea Golf Academy, coupled to the beautiful climate in Cyprus … make this facility a perfect choice for golfers."
Those who are fortunate enough to pay a visit to the golf course will be able to indulge in a 71-par, 18-hole course upon their stay.
