Cyprus International 4-Day Challenge

The event, that takes place from the 29th November to 2nd December 2007, is a mixture of traditional road running and spectacular trail running.

Competitors in the event take part in four races over four days and the times are added together to declare the winner at the end of the four days.

Runners begin day one with a six kilometre Coral Beach trial run, followed by an 11 kilometre Akamas Hill Run in the nature park.

If runners are still going by day three a half marathon takes place with ten kilometre run in Paphos completing the course.

Holidaymakers who aren't taking part or cheering on runners will be able to enjoy the sea views and countryside that the runners compete on.

The course follows through the countryside giving any holidaymakers following the race a great sense of the personality of the diverse terrain offered by Cyprus.
