Check out some street art on a Cyprus villa holiday
People with a passion for art might be interested in paying a visit to Larnaca during a Cyprus villa holiday this year.
The local tourist board has organised a project entitled Past-Present-Future, which will take place on the Larnaca-Dekeleia road on the weekend of July 31st to August 1st.
Visitors will be able to see a number of pieces by graffiti artists who will be selected to take part in the event by an evaluation committee.
The participants will paint their artworks during the weekend, providing some fascinating visual entertainment for people on Cyprus villa holidays and other visitors.
All of the pieces will be associated with Larnaca and provide a representation of the city's history or culture.
One winner and two runners-up will be decided by the committee and through a public vote, with a cash prize of 1,000 (£863) going to the creator of the best work.
People planning to visit Larnaca during a Cyprus villa holiday this year will have the opportunity to see all of the city's sights, as well as nearby villages, on a new open-top bus tour.
