Brits 'can book flights for winter 2011 Cyprus holiday now'
British tourists who would like to get next winter's adventures planned and confirmed as soon as possible can now book a holiday in Cyprus, after an airline announced its schedule.
Budget carrier Monarch has revealed it will fly to the Mediterranean island in the 2011-12 season from £37.99 each way.
The route could provide sun-seekers with an affordable way to soak up both the rays and the destination's rich culture.
"With 1.26 million seats available next winter, both our existing customers and those who have yet to travel with us will be able to experience our award-winning service," says the airline's managing director Tim Jeans.
And Cyprus is not the only holiday resort the firm is offering routes to, as the Canary Islands, Spain and Mallorca are also on the schedule.
A break in Cyprus was recently the choice of former Beatles star Sir Paul McCartney, who was pictured on the island by the Daily Mail.
