Book up Cyprus villas 'for great value'

Holiday makers hoping to enjoy a summer getaway without the need to break the bank should book up Cyprus villas.

Research conducted by On the Beach has suggested that the island's location of Larnaca offers a great-value destination.

In fact, the study has found that for each person who travels to the Cyprus resort, they will be able to do so for an average of 26 per cent cheaper than if they did in the summer of 2010.

Commenting on the statistics, Alistair Daly, marketing director of On the Beach, said: "Based upon our analysis Larnaca, Malta and Bodrum are superb bargains this year and we strongly recommend that people looking to save some money highlight these places for their coming summer trips."

One celebrity who has already decided to take up trips to Larnaca is Mysterious Girl singer Peter Andre.

The pop star has recently flown out to a family home in the resort so that he can take time out from the media spotlight.
