"The Villa was outstanding and the owners made us very welcome without ever being intrusive. The villa planting meant we were not overlooked by the other villas which was excellent."

"I have no hesitation in recommending you stay in Villa Roselia. It is as advertised and more besides. Peace and tranquility experienced during May with only the sound of bird song breaking the silence or the soft sound of the sea. The Villa is beautifully presented with thoughtful touches like torches, kitchen stationery, herbs picked and dried from the garden and maintained with a pretty and very private garden, patio and pool area; a real suntrap but shade cover is provided. The owner encourages picking of the oranges for fresh deliciously sweet juice. Get to know your hosts who live 3 doors away and who willingly resolve any difficulties and offer tourist advice you may require. A 2km, 20 minute undulating walk brings you down to the coastal road, which although a fast road is not too busy. There you will find the beach, course sand and flat stones but slopes down gently into the sea. Here you will find an excellent beach/snack bar and across the road a restaurant. The food is good and the staff friendly but unusually for a Greek restaurant don't expect to be greeted by its owner. Back at the Villa, with three balconys from which to enjoy the views an absoulute must is a glass of something chilled whilst you watch the sunset immediately in front of you, truly wonderful.. "We had a superb holiday at Thalassa Villa. It was ideally located and positioned on the beach with tennis court and with every possible facility within the villa imagineable. Everything was of the highest specification. Our family of 3 generations were extremely impressed. The owner of the villa, was the epitomy of a good host, kind, caring and considerate and without any request, nothing was too much trouble to ensure our holiday was fully enjoyed by all. He did not fail - thank you! We most certainly will recommend him and the villa to family and friends and we shall be returning. Thank you."

"Dear Team, Villa Roselia was exceptionally comfortable and felt like 'home from home'. our Representative provided a top rate service and certainly went the 'extra mile' to make the villa most welcoming and comfortable. It was a lovely surprise to find a personalised welcome card and dish of sweeties upon our arrival. We found Spyros and Marianna to be very friendly and unobtrusive as they went about their tasks and they ensured that we knew where to find them, should we need anything at all during our stay. All things considered, this was the very best holiday that we have ever taken in Cyprus, and we are all looking forward to returning to Villa Roselia for future holidays with James Villas. "The Villa was just perfect, everything went really nice, the representative went to give us the welcome, and was very nice. The car blowup the tyre after 10 minutes we were driving it from airport to the villa on the first day, but people from paphos helped us with it, then our Representative arranged for a the tyre to be replaced. Cyrpus people are definitely really nice, and the villa was perfect."

"We have stayed in a number of James villa in past but this is definately the best. Only thing to improve is a bigger net at back of tennis court for us rubbish tennis players who kept hitting the balls into the sea!!"
