Relax in Rethymno on a Crete catamaran
James Weatherup, who stayed in Rethymno, says that he and his family loved a catamaran trip around the coast.
With the number of people allowed on board limited to around 20, he says that you can "laze around on deck or jump overboard with the snorkels and flippers provided".
The all-day trip also included "lunch in a village restaurant a couple of hours down the coast" and was "good value for money".
Those without their water wings can also the "beautiful ancient town" that dates back to the third century.
"Much of the old architecture is still intact and the town is full of beautiful stone stairways, narrow streets and arched doorways," he wrote in the News of the World.
Families who rent a villa in the pretty harbour resort may find that it's difficult not to relax.
