Hacienda del Alamo course is "a masterpiece"
A travel writer claims that the region of Murica is fast becoming a magnet for those on a golfing holiday and his "personal favourite is the one at Hacienda del Alamo.
Calling it another David Thomas "masterpiece", the expert claims that the course is now fulfilling the promise it showed when it opened six years ago.
Writing for the Journal, he says the "jewel" of the Hacienda estate is the golf course, which is a "real challenge for most golfers".
According to Mr Thomas, there are 15 courses in the Murcia region, with 38 more planned so it could soon become a "magnet" for those on a golfing holiday.
Hacienda del Alamo is also a paradise for those who like to relax in serene and luxurious surroundings and many of the villas here enjoy the comfort of a private pool to dip in should the Costa Calida sun get too hot.
