Get set and go for half-term action on a Costa Calida holiday
La Manga is alive with activity throughout the year, but during school holidays it is said to ramp things up a notch with its offering for children and stressed parents.
According to organisers, a variety of junior academies are available during the school holidays - including football, tennis, golf, cricket and even dance.
"Youngsters can take advantage of the destination's unrivalled facilities and professional tuition," representatives add.
Although there are plenty of things to do in La Manga - it is the size of Monaco after all - holiday makers who hop in their hire cars and tour Costa Calida will not be disappointed.
A whole host of different cultures and civilisations have settled in the region over the centuries - so there is a wealth of fascinating historical sites to visit with the family.
Meanwhile, those who like to relax can just stay by their pool in their luxury villa and soak up the sun.
