Moraira 26 1 hr 15 mins Time from airport
An unspoilt little coastal town, Moraira is situated in a beautiful marina offering a wide variety of harbour-side fish restaurants and bars full of Spanish character. The delightful town square and its variety of local shops and markets, is home to a pretty church and narrow, cobbled streets. We have a good selection of villas in Moraira, most of them close to the town or in the surrounding countryside. A further, small selection of villas is located on the Cumbre del Sol, a hilltop region offering magnificent views of the coast and countryside.
Javea 18 1 hr 30 mins Time from airport
The friendly family resort of Javea is a sprawling town with two main beaches and an historic old town set back from the sea. A harbour and fish market can be found on one side of the resort, offering stylish restaurants, great views and a pebbly beach. The popular, sandy Arenal Beach, on the other side has a palm-lined promenade of shops, bars and restaurants, while at night the town comes alive with market stalls and street performers. Our villas here are located in countryside and residential areas, so transport is essential to reach the main resort.
Calpe 17 1 hr Time from airport
Calpe is a popular resort, best known for its balance of historic Valencian culture and modern tourist facilities. Two glorious sandy Blue Flag beaches are divided by the dramatic, craggy height of the Peñón de Ifach rock. On one side is the harbour with its fantastic choice of restaurants, while on the other is the resort centre filled with shops, bars and array of night-time entertainment. The majority of our villas in Calpe are within a short drive or 30 minute walk of the bustling town centre.
Jalon Valley 6 1 hr 15 mins Time from airport
Located just inland from Calpe and untouched by coastal tourism, the peaceful Jalon Valley offers a more traditional Spanish experience. An idyllic countryside setting, lined with citrus groves and vineyards, the mountains offer superb views in all directions. A wide range of activities can be found in this area, including walking, cycling and bird watching. Our villas are near to the peaceful old town of Jalon, where you can find local markets, bars, cafés and restaurants where you can sample local wine made from the moscatel grape.
Denia 2 1 hr 30 mins Time from airport
The coastal town of Denia, set in the foothills of the Montgo Mountains, is a lively resort filled with sandy beaches, crystal clear waters, colourful fiestas, trendy boutiques and a wide variety of sports facilities. It is well-equipped for evening entertainment with an array of tapas bars, pavement cafés, cocktail bars, live music and a late-night social scene. You can also take a day trip to the Balearic Islands by ferry, or the narrow gauge train to Alicante. The majority of our villas here are located in community areas, with some only a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful shoreline.
La Nucia 2 45 mins Time from airport
The inland village of La Nucia, located eight kilometres from Altea, has certainly retained its original charm. This peaceful little mountain resort is well known for hosting a weekly flea market and a variety of lively summer fiestas. A small choice of local restaurants and bars are available here, while a wider choice of sandy beaches, vibrant nightlife and theme parks can be found at Benidorm just a short drive away. Our villas are set in quiet residential and countryside areas, a short drive from the village centre.
La Marina 1 20 mins Time from airport
Situated approximately 20 minutes drive South of Alicante Airport, La Marina offers some of best beaches in the Costa Blanca whilst being relatively undiscovered. The traditional town of Torreveija can be driven to within a twenty minute drive where several championship Golf Courses can be found.
Las Ramblas, Villamartin 1 45 mins Time from airport
Situated fifteen minutes drive south of Torreveija, the prestigious Golfing Complex of Las Ramblas is only a five minute drive to all the main amenities, including bars, restaurants, shops and beautiful sandy coves. There are several other golf courses that can be reached within a fifteen minute drive including the course at Villamartin.
Quesada, Torrevieja 1 45 mins Time from airport
A stylish new holiday town set in almost ‘Wild West’ country on the south facing slopes above the salt lakes of Torrevieja. Superb facilities include an Aqua Park, shops, restaurants, bars and an excellent golf course. And if you fancy an outing, it’s an easy drive to the amazing palm grove area of Elche and the ever fascinating city of Alicante.

Famed for its Championship Golf Course which has hosted the Spanish Open, this ‘millionaire’s playground’ is a golfer’s paradise with many challenging courses, including the world famous courses at La Manga, within an easy drive.
