Summer fun for all the family on a Costa Blanca holiday

La Cometa Park will be taken over by a range of entertainers including colourful performer Lisa the Clown, Round Town News has relayed.

All the proceeds for the event will go to charity, so holiday makers can have fun and help a good cause on June 6th.

Taking place will be games, egg and spoon races, pass the parcel and those who like dressing up could even scoop a prize in the fancy dress competition.

"In addition, there will be face painting, temporary tattoos and crazy hair colouring, and for anyone working up an appetite, hot dogs," the news provider added.

Meanwhile, performers will get up on stage, including street dancers and teenage balladeer Katie Brownrigg.

In the evening, the fiesta is rounded off with barn dancing and popular Calpe act Apollo.

After a day of partying, holiday makers can relax in their villa or try one of the two Blue Flag beaches that can be found here.
