Stroll through the Aromatic Park on a Costa Blanca villa holiday
Due to open this month, the attraction, which covers 70,000 square metres, features numerous plants and herbs that together give off a wonderful aroma.
These will include rosemary, thyme, lavender, basil and orange blossom, which will be planted among scenic walkways and fountains.
It could be the perfect place for a romantic stroll after an evening meal in a traditional Spanish restaurant in Torrevieja.
The town's mayor said the Aromatic Park will be a "unique and spectacular environment" that is sure to become a popular beauty spot.
Holiday makers who are already imagining the delectable smells that will emanate from the site may wish to book a villa holiday on the Costa Blanca is time for its opening.
They could stay in Quesada, which is located above Torrevieja's salt lakes and is also within easy reach of another natural attraction - the palm grove area of Elche.
