Spanish villa holidays 'could take in Mas de Bunyol'
Nature lovers may want to consider booking up some holiday villas in Spain, in order to see some extraordinary sights.
That is because in the deep parts of the Els Port mountains of Aragon, in the north-east of the country, lies an attractive vulture observatory called Mas de Bunyol, the Daily Telegraph reported.
Described as having "abundant wildlife" for families to admire, the venue could be a great place to spend a day or two when away on holidays in Spain.
Journalist Sara Evans set the scene, explaining: "Above forests of beech, oak and cork cruise eagles and vultures. Smaller birds – including firecrests, treecreepers, tits and warblers – flit among the trees."
It is not just feathered friends which will be on show though, with boar, wildcat and ibex just a few of other animals designated in the area.
Meanwhile, it has been suggested by Carmen Hernandez Gomez, of Spain's tourist office, that Brits tend to choose Spanish holiday villas because of the familiarity of the country.
