See Bond on a Costa Blanca holiday

The British-born novelist, who now lives in Costa Blanca full time, is about to publish her second novel and will be attending a launch party at the Villa Gadea Hotel in Altea on May 16th.

Following the success of her debut effort Savages and Saints, journalist-turned-writer Bond has written another gripping thriller entitled The Devil's Hook, according to Round Town Network.

The news website reported that her new book, which follows the ongoing saga of the Gilmore family who starred in Savages and Saints, is "in a similar strain to her first novel", adding it is "a story of greed, revenge, innocence turned to hatred, and the evil doings of her characters".

Bond, who chose to set the new book in the stunning surroundings of Costa Blanca, was born in Grimsby, in Lincolnshire.
