Rent a Costa Blanca villa and enjoy a top Spanish holiday
Those thinking about their next overseas break may wish to consider the Costa Blanca, as it appears in the top five holiday hotspots list for 2010.
Alicante is the third most searched for destination from UK airports for travel this year, according to travel search site Skyscanner.
It beat a number of long-haul destinations, including Bangkok in Thailand and New York in the US, to take the number three spot.
Skyscanner co-founder and business director Barry Smith said: "These early indications show that Spain is still by far the most popular destination for British travellers."
The Costa Blanca has a great deal to offer families, including great beaches, theme parks, zoos and natural attractions.
Those renting Costa Blanca villas in Javea will find plenty to keep them entertained, including a harbour and fish market on one side of the resort and a beach promenade lined with shops and restaurants on the other.
Neighbouring resorts such as Calpe, Moraira, Denis and La Nucia are also within easy reach for day trips.
