Prepare for a Costa Blanca holiday at Taste of Spain
Edinburgh residents planning a Costa Blanca villa holiday this year will have the opportunity to experience some of the culture and cuisine on offer in Spain at a special event taking place in the Scottish capital.
A Taste of Spain will be held on the Mound in the centre of Edinburgh on July 24th and 25th.
The free festival is supported by the Spanish Tourist Office and is designed to represent the character and diversity of the European country's different regions.
Visitors will be able to sample paella, ham and other culinary treats that can be enjoyed day after day on a Costa Blanca villa holiday.
There will also be a range of interactive activities to try, as well as flamenco dancing and even a performance by Spanish bagpipe players.
As well as showcasing different regions on the mainland, the event will highlight some of the experiences on offer on the islands of Fuerteventura and Lanzarote, with golf simulators representing the range of courses available.
The Edinburgh outing of A Taste of Spain follows events in Liverpool and London earlier this year.
