Eva Longoria: Costa Blanca

Star of desperate housewives, Eva Longoria, was spotted enjoying her holiday in the sunshine of the Costa Blanca.

The actress, 32, who plays Gabrielle in the hit television series, was soaking up the Spanish sunshine while her husband, Tony Parker was playing at the Eurobasket 2007 international basket ball championships.

He has just finished his NBA season in America, where his team, the San Antonio Spurs, won the competition, with Tony Parker voted as Most Valuable Player.

Eva spent her days on the beach where she remained unrecognised by the public, despite the paprazzi, according to the Costa Blanca Leader, and then sampled some of the shops, before having dinner by the port.

Alicante is the perfect place for holiday makers to follow Eva's example and take a shopping trip along the boulevard.

Easily accessible from most areas of the Costa Blanca by car or train, Alicante is a great way to enjoy some sun, and you might even catch a glimpse of a famous celebrity.
