Enjoy some "world-class golf" on a Costa Blanca holiday
People planning Costa Blanca villa breaks and other holidays to Spain this year can look forward to enjoying some "world-class golf", according to a foreign property expert.
Commenting on the real estate market in Spain, Christopher Chadd, head of research at Property Frontiers, said that the country is "forever popular with Brits".
He identified a number of factors that contribute to the destination's strength as both a tourism destination and investment market, from natural landscapes to man-made attractions.
"Sun, sea and sand plus world-class golf and a cheap cost of living - it is a recipe for success and Spain has these in abundance," Mr Chadd said.
Golf fans planning a Costa Blanca villa holiday can choose from dozens of courses located along Spain's eastern coast.
Those staying in holiday villas in Denia can head to a nearby course that was designed by Jose Maria Olazabal.
Located near the village of Jesus Pobre, the course features 18 holes and a driving range with 20 bays.
There are many other sites for golfers to visit in popular destinations such as Javea, Moraira and Altea.
