Grab yourself a late deal >Costa Blanca villas: 'Spain is popular for British holidaymakers'
Brits are looking at booking up summer breaks across destinations in Europe, with Costa Blanca villas one of the popular stays.
This is according to new findings by ebookers.com, which has highlighted Spain and its accompanying islands as being the most attractive to holiday makers in the UK.
In fact, half of the top ten destinations that were found in the study came from holiday hot spots in the European country.
Over the past year, ebookers.com saw an 854 per cent in searches to Malaga, while the Costa Blanca resort of Alicante recorded a 204 per cent jump.
Some other destinations making the top ten included the Algarve, Malta and Dubai, which suggests that some Brits are attempting to venture further afield.
Mario Bounas, head of marketing at ebookers.com, noted: "It's great to see such a diversity of destinations making the top ten summer hot spots."
Those who opt to snap up villas in the Costa Blanca have recently been urged by a TravelBite.co.uk writer to visit the resort of Denia if they "want to learn more about Spanish culture".
