Costa Blanca homes 'becoming cheaper'
House prices have fallen by 20 per cent in recent months across Spain, including the Costa Blanca, according to the Sun.
Now is a great time to get a home in the country as the property market could recover if the global economic climate changes for the better.
The fact that the pound has fallen by 12 per cent against the euro in the last 12 months means that buying abroad may be a little more expensive than his time last year, but the property range and cost is still much cheaper than in the UK.
Although local planning laws can be very tricky it is still a lot cheaper to build a house in Spain than it is in the UK, as house prices have not yet reached the astronomically high levels seen here.
The Costa Blanca is an area of Spain that is very popular with many Brits moving abroad or simply taking a vacation. The area covers 200km of coastline in the province of Alicante and enjoys beautiful sunny weather all year round.
