Costa Blanca holidays to get 'even greener'
The council of Alicante is planning to create 12 new national parks in the region, although holiday makers staying in a villa in the peaceful Jalon Valley in Costa Blanca will already be able to get away from it all and bask in the sunshine, solitude and stunning views that they offer.
It was reported in Costa News that Alicante council will create the parks over the next decade over an area of land spanning more than 12 million square metres.
The parks could become new attractions for villa holiday makers that want to travel around Costa Blanca as much as possible to find out everything that the beautiful area has to offer.
However, while the parks are being created, the peaceful Jalon Valley has enough idyllic countryside to satisfy even the largest of appetites for idyllic settings and it is perfect for walking, cycling, bird watching and hiking.
