Costa Blanca holidays 'offer better quality of life'

Cary Johnston, spokesperson for Propertyshowrooms.com, has commented that the outdoor lifestyle present on Spanish trips like Costa Blanca holidays can do wonders for health, vitality and outlook.

The most prominent reason for Spain's positive atmosphere is its climate, notes Mr Johnston, observing that the country basks in some 320 days of sunshine each year.

"But it's a lot more than that; Spain is very much an outdoor country, which encourages outdoor living, better eating habits, sports activities like golf, paddle tennis and watersports," he added.

Golf enthusiasts may therefore be interested in booking a Costa Blanca holiday, where they could find a home away from home in Spain's numerous expat communities.

Figures from the International Property Market 2007 report suggest that Brits may be enjoying their Costa Blanca villa holidays so much they move to Spain, with the nation continuing to be the most popular location for UK buyers abroad.
