Costa Blanca holiday makers 'get a taste of Cirque du Soleil'
Based in Alicante between July 24th and August 31st, the Cirque du Soleil's new show will be delighting people on Costa Blanca holidays for just over a month.
Entitled Quidam, which is a French word that loosely translates into English as fellow, the performance incorporates a range of wild and daring set pieces by aerial contortionists, synchronised acrobats and other skilled performers.
Costa Blanca holiday makers can find the show beneath the Grande Chapiteau at Recinto Ferial Rabasa, with ticket prices starting at 25 (£20).
"The one who cries out, sings and dreams within us all. This is the quidam that Cirque du Soleil is celebrating," the company's website says of the show.
Based in Montreal, Cirque du Soleil was founded in 1984 and translates into English as 'circus of the sun'.
