Book a Costa Blanca villa holiday for low-cost enjoyment
People planning a Costa Blanca villa holiday will be buoyed by the fact that Spain has been rated as the cheapest eurozone destination.
The latest Post Office Holiday Money Report placed Spain fourth overall in terms of value for money, meaning people on a Costa Blanca holiday will have extra cash in their pockets.
The report revealed a 30 per cent price fall compared to the previous year.
Post Office head of travel money Sarah Munro said the eurozone appeared to be "striking back after the battering its resorts took in 2009 when Post Office euro sales were down over 14 per cent".
Overall, tourist costs were down in 17 of the 25 destinations surveyed for the report, with the biggest falls in Bulgaria, Mexico, Mauritius and Barbados.
Costa Blanca is one of the most popular Spain holiday destinations, renowned for its white sandy beaches and unspoilt landscapes.
For the more adventurous there are theme parks and fiestas providing endless entertainment.
