Costa Blanca villas offer access to great golf courses

A Costa Blanca villa with an adjoining golf course has sold for €360,000 (£293,000), perhaps highlighting the popularity of the activity on Spain's sun-kissed shore.

The Barcelona Reporter states access to the La Finca course was included and the property had its own pool.

Now, those without the time or cash to make a permanent move to the resort may wish to book a villa in the region for a late summer break.

Tourists may find all of the qualities and benefits found at the recently snapped up home are common within Costa Blanca villas.

The area on Spain's east coast is particularly popular with golfers, maybe thanks to its provision of high-quality courses and reliable source of sunshine.

Costa Blanca villas could be on the cards for an increased number of travellers this year, after Roundtown News recently revealed tourism bosses in Spain are to spend €400,000 (£326,000) on a promotional campaign aimed at attracting visitors.
