Most of our villas are situated on the north east coastline, a more authentic and traditional region sitting just above Corfu Town. Many are perched on the mountainside along rambling hilltop roads, and offer spectacular views of the rocky coast and mainland.

St. Georges 5 45 mins Time from airport
St. Georges is situated on the south west side of the island, approximately 33km from Corfu town. This delightful resort offers around six miles of golden sandy beaches enjoying a selection of water sports, along with a superb variety of tavernas, shops and bars. St. Georges is flanked by beautiful olive groves and cypress trees, which offer beautiful scenic nature trails.
Yaliskari 4 40 mins Time from airport
Yaliskari is a pretty bay situated between Agni and Kalami. The beach is a real gem – a sheltered bay watched over by pine-tree clad mountains which seem to extend into the sea itself – a stunning collision of green and blue. Wander down through olive groves to the beach, and enjoy a meal accompanied by a glass of local wine.

A short drive from Corfu Town, Gouvia is a popular destination offering both lively nightlife and quiet hillside spots. It is home to the island’s premier yacht marina, a wide selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, plus a narrow beach with sun loungers and boat trips.
St.Stefanos 3 45 mins Time from airport
Located on the north-east coast (and not to be confused with the resort of the same name in the north-west), the popular fishing village of St Stefano lies against a backdrop of dramatic rugged hills, looking across the sea to Albania. Also known as Agios Stephanos, this unspoilt resort is full of Greek charm and character and the locals are warm and hospitable. The small pebble beach leads into warm, clear water and a boat trip is the ideal way to explore the beautiful, secluded coves around the bay which are inaccessible by land.

Avlaki is a five minute drive from Kassiopi and St Stefanos. Here you’ll find a long, white-pebbled beach with clear water, ideal for swimming. A small sailing school and water sports centre is open in peak season and a selection of tavernas and cafes serve local cuisine.
Kalami 2 45 mins Time from airport
Set between the secluded bay of Agni and the quiet harbour of Kouloura, Kalami boasts a great choice of tavernas, shops and bars. Popular walking routes along the coastal path take you to Kerasia and St Stefanos, while the steep track to Agni Bay is lined with rows of olive trees. The bay offers a popular shingle beach, which features a number of facilities and watersports.

Set on lush green hillsides, Vingla and Kokini are a short drive from Kassiopi and St Stefanos. Our country hideaway villas overlook the sea and offer breathtaking panoramic views across to Albania. Local tavernas are a few minutes drive, while shops and other amenities can be found in Kassiopi and St Stefanos.
Nissaki 2 40 mins Time from airport
With a mountainous coastline and pretty horseshoe-shaped beach, Nissaki offers excellent bathing and swimming. A winding road from the main village, with its few shops and church, leads down to a cosy little cove with a couple of tavernas and local shop selling daily essentials.

The charming resort of Kassiopi offers something for everyone. The bustling harbour is lively both day and night, with an excellent selection of bars and restaurants serving international food. You’ll find a choice of five pebbly beaches with boat trips that take you snorkelling, swimming and picnicking on castaway beaches.
Kerasia, St.Stefanos 1 1 hr Time from airport
The long, sweeping, pebble beach of Kerasia is one of Corfu’s finest, with its beautiful mountainous backdrop complete with olive and cypress trees. Tucked between Kalami and Agios Stephanos, the cove is ideal for a relaxing afternoon in the sun, perhaps followed by a coastal walk, or a meal in a waterfront taverna. Our villa is situated just up the coastal road from the beach, with captivating views.
Kokkolias, St.Stefanos 1 1 hr Time from airport
This quaint and tranquil village is set amongst olive groves on a mountainside overlooking the bays of Kouloura and Kerasia on the north eastern coast of the island. Kokkolias is ideally located within easy reach of many of the idyllic bays and fantastic little fishing harbours that are dotted along the beautiful coastline, including the charming resort of St Stefanos which can be found within a short drive.
Lake Korrison 1 45 mins Time from airport
Get away from it all in a peaceful, beautiful location at Lake Korrison. The lake or lagoon here is a nature reserve and home to many rare bird species – ideal for walking and being close to nature. The gorgeous long sandy beach is framed by undulating dunes, and is perfect for sunbathing and swimming. You’ll find amenities nearby in the peaceful village of Halikouna, or the popular resort of Agios Georgios, which has a full range of shops, restaurants, tavernas and activities.
Liondari, St.Stefanos 1 1 hr Time from airport
Set upon the hillside overlooking St Stefanos bay in the north east of the island, this quaint little village is made up of a few villas and local houses set amongst beautiful olive groves and woodland. The popular and well renowned fishing harbour of St Stefanos with its fabulous waterfront tavernas can be found within a five minute drive of the village. Perfectly located, this area is ideal for those wishing to explore the north eastern delights of the island including many crystal clear water bays and islets.
Perithia Loutses, Kassiopi 1 1 hr 10 mins Time from airport
This quaint little village is situated on the north coast only a few kilometres away from the bustling resort of Kassiopi. Sitting in a prime location surrounded by wonderful groves and orchards, this area enjoys tranquility and spectacular views and is ideal for those wishing to relax and get away from it all whilst being close enough to enjoy the amenities of the neighbouring resorts and villages.
Sgombou 1 30 mins Time from airport
The small tradtional village of Sgombou is convienently situated five kilometres inland from Gouvia and Dassia, which are the nearest beach resorts which offer a wonderful variety of tavernas, bars and cafes. Sgombou enjoys a tranquil location surrounded by olive and citrus groves and wonderful lush woodland areas, a few local amenities can be found spread across the area all which can be reached within a short drive.
Sinies 1 50 mins Time from airport
The views from the hillside at Sinies are simply awe inspiring. From here you can enjoy panoramic vistas across olive groves to the Ionian Sea, and the mountains of Albania beyond. Located on the main coastal road through the north-east of the island, this lovely village is delightfully traditional. Stay in the village and sample the local olives, or take a short drive to Agios Stefanos for a good selection of restaurants or an afternoon on the beach in the secluded, shady cove.
