Rock out on a Corfu villa holiday
The 2009 Agiotfest will take place in the village of Agios Ioannis - 15 minutes from Corfu Town - on Saturday September 12th.
It will feature the Dylan Project, led by veteran rocker Steve Gibbons, as well as Scottish duo East of Memphis and local band the Good Old Boys.
A special stage will be set up in the centre of the village, so the atmosphere is bound to be electric.
Those in Corfu on September 7th will also be able to enjoy an evening of classical music in the garden of Villa Theodora in Agios Ioannis.
Staged as a prelude to the Agiotfest, the event will include performances from musicians such as Lionel Mann and Ria Georgiadis.
Those renting Corfu villas in Gouvia will be able to get to Agios Ioannis easily, as Corfu Town is just a short drive away.
Gouvia itself offers some lovely nightlife, as well as a wide selection of shops and restaurants.
