Visit Les Tombees de la Nuit on a Brittany holiday
Les Tombees de la Nuit is held from July 4th to 12th and includes a whole host of performances from music, dance and storytelling to street entertainment.
According to Whatsonwhen, holiday makers "might enjoy the sound of an Occitan duet playing in the Garden of Thabor, Gascon instrumentalists and a bagpipe quintet in a canvas-covered theatre set up on the Rue de la Monnaie, or poetry readings on street corners".
Meanwhile, it is also claimed local restaurants get in on the action as chefs whip up special dishes to complement the event.
Those who stay in a villa in Huenan can relax in a quiet rustic setting and also hop in their hire car and explore the historic town of Dinan, the port town of St Malo, Mont St Michel and Rennes to see all that Brittany has to offer.
