Visit some 'hidden prehistoric jewels' on an Andalucia holiday
According to Euro Weekly news, more than 50 experts from all over Europe are currently in Guadalteba, Malaga, to visit the sites of three of the province's most significant prehistoric caves.
Holiday makers could also do the same and visit the ancient caves at Ardales, El Cantal (Rincon de la Victoria) and La Pileta (Benaojan).
It has been claimed that the cave paintings found at Ardales are relatively unknown despite their historical significance, with some caves around Europe housing paintings that date back 32,000 years.
Visitors to the 27,000-year-old Ardales caves can take part in a tour to enjoy the paintings of our ancestors.
The experts are meeting to see how this fascinating piece of history in Andalucia can be made even more exciting for holiday makers, so the attraction is only going to get better.
